To take on this role, you will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with sound experience of litigation/planning, as well as a proven leader who can provide strong and clear guidance as you advise and influence thinking at all levels. This will be matched by the ability to translate complex legal issues into easily understood terms is also important, plus the credibility and communication skills to make a positive impact from day one.
