We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Customer Support Administrator to provide day to day administration on a busy IT service desk.
This is an exciting opportunity that will enable the successful applicant to get hands on with some of the latest technology, learning on the job. You will be responsible for the day to day administration on a busy Service Desk, answering and logging requests by phone and email, liaising with customers relating to purchase orders, booking in and out equipment and providing first line support for telecommunication faults.

You must be able to demonstrate a real passion for IT and be a well organised and flexible individual with strong communication and customer relationship skills who can work under pressure to tight deadlines.

This job is ideal for an individual leaving college or university that wants to start their career in IT Support.
