As a Customer Services Advisor you will be responsible for dealing with customer service enquiries via phone, face to face, email and social media in a professional and timely manner.
You will be part of a diverse team, answering customer enquiries about a range of services within the council. You will ensure that the council’s visions, values and policies are adhered to at all times. You will need excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to cope in a fast paced environment. You will deliver this in a professional and conscientious manner, with a high regards for quality at all times.

Full training will be provided but knowledge of customer service and a contact centre setting will be an advantage.

This role includes working between Christmas and New Year as you will be required to take calls for Hart District Council.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for the role.
