We are offering an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our Building Control Team.
Building Control is responsible for ensuring building work complies with the requirements of the Building Regulations and associated legislation. Building Regulations are a set of standards intended to ensure the health and safety of people in and around buildings.

Your role will be to provide technical and administrative support in the team where you will work with experienced colleagues, undertake assessments of deposited applications and as your knowledge and experience increases, you will carry out some independent statutory and routine inspections on site.

You will continuously develop your organisational, administrative and communication skills whilst studying towards a building control surveyor degree qualification.

You will have a positive, enthusiastic, inquisitive and can do attitude, with a flexible approach and excellent organisational and communication skills.
