We are looking for a Support Officer to assist the day to day administrative tasks and functions of both the Community Safety Patrol Officers and Community Safety Teams.

We are looking for a Support Officer to assist the day to day administrative tasks and functions of both the Community Safety Patrol Officers and Community Safety Teams. You will be responsible for supporting the team with a variety of functions such as being a first point of contact for residents’ enquiries, assisting the team with project and case work contributing to helping to make residents feel safer, and developing reports to support the work of this highly regarded team.

You will be confident in speaking to members of the public, working with councillors, other departments and partner organisations. You will be experienced in working in an office environment (both remotely and physically) and have strong administration and IT skills and the ability to make and maintain accurate records. You will have excellent people skills and will be able to use your initiative to respond to a range of different situations.
