We are looking for an IT Applications System Administrator with experience of working in local government and of supporting a broad range of local government business applications.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure timely and effective support of assigned core Council applications with a focus on the finance 'back office' systems.

The role holder will also play a key part in the implementation of the new Corporate 'Enterprise Resource Planning' system which will replace legacy HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Finance systems in the coming year.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in any/all of the following:

  • B-Plan Aptos Financials
  • Chris21 payroll
  • IDOX Uniform and EDMS systems
  • Civica OpenRevenues
  • Unit4 ERP, MS SQL server
