We offer a minimum of 25.5 days (plus bank holidays), rising to 29.5 days (plus bank holidays) after five years’ continuous service. (Part-time staff receive a pro-rata level of annual leave).

All employees are offered access to the Local Government Pension Scheme which is administered by Hampshire County Council. The council pays contributions in addition to your individual contributions. Once enrolled on the pension scheme you will also receive Life Assurance benefit which equates to three times your salary.

We also offer all employees the option to make Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) to their pension helping them save for retirement.
