Contract Management and Business Officer

37 hours per week (full time or part-time considered)
£40,205 - £43,427 per annum (pro-rata to part-time)
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid working)

We procure and manage a range of legal, commercial and technical contracts, including the management of a comprehensive service level agreement with the Manydown Garden Communities LLP. We are looking for candidates who would like to broaden their experience in managing and supporting the procurement of services to inform the delivery of the Manydown programme. If you can show us that you have the experience, skills and willingness to manage a range of multi-disciplinary contracts supporting the technical work needed to advise the councils on complex planning, legal and commercial matters along with a good working knowledge of public sector procurement then we would like to hear from you.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of successfully managing large contracts and working creatively to achieve desired outcomes.

Project Development Manager - Manydown Infrastructure

37 hours per week (full time)
£47,765 - £51,623 per annum
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid working)

As we plan and shape the new communities of southern Manydown we have created a new role to help us develop solutions for the infrastructure required to support the delivery of c8,600 homes. The role will focus on leading our work on assessing the opportunity to provide a new crossing over the railway line connecting the communities of north and south Manydown and be able to co-ordinate technical specialists to produce the necessary evidence to inform business cases. We are also working with other utility companies to identify how we deliver power and water to the development. Candidates will have experience in working collaboratively with organisations such as Network Rail, Heritage England, Thames Water along with managing technical specialists.

A key part of the role is the development of successful business cases and candidates will need to demonstrate that they have produced or been closely involved in producing business cases.
